Water is Life for human body. Its true human Body is is composed of 55 to 78 percent water, depending on body size. Water consumption sis important and has many health benefits. Water has it has no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugar.

The amount of water human beings consume everyday plays an important role in maintaining a body's health.
Doctors recommend drinking eight to 10 glasses of water everuday in routine to maintain good health.

The right way of drinking water is like one take a cup of hot tea i.e. sip by sip slowly and enjoys it also. When you drink water one should use a glass or a bottle i.e. quickly; you do any good to yourself other than satisfying your thirst.
Very Important to know that why to drink water slowly sip by sip: 
The saliva is alkaline while there is acid in stomach. By drinking slowly the saliva goes in stomach and helps in reduction of acid formation in stomach while if you drink fast, its not good for you as saliva remains in mouth because it is dense.

  2. Drinking more H2O helps to maintain the body’s fluid balance.
  3. Water in the body keeps you active and flush out toxins and waste products from tissues and ultimately from the body also.
  4. Lower will be the acid levels in blood and it will keep you away from Vaat,Pit and cough problems and multi more etc.
  5. It also reduces join pain problems which is bad condition for old age people because a person can’t walk or balance your own body weight.
  6. It helps to be fat free and overcome from body weight and keeps you slim.
